Hello! it's really simple once you get used to it. You just click "submit" on the homepage then click sims 2, that takes you to the submission system, then it has onscreen instructions Just make sure you know the file name for your clothes, so when you upload you have to select the file from "savedsims" rather than projects (all types of projects are saved here except lots). But basically this site has really good instructions in the help and submission areas
