Hi James! I posted a reply to your comment on my Lair of the Sea Witch lot, but wanted to be sure you saw my answer personally as well.  NO mod should ever be included in a lot you intend to upload to someone else's computer, no matter how harmless it is. You could change any beach lot to create pretty much whatever beachy scene you want...with the exception of Apartment lots...as long as you don't intend to move it or share it. (See my Beach Lot Tutorial for full info.) Once you decide to build something for someone else, however, THEY should decide what goes into their game. Not to mention that this mod would not change the fact that the lot would still readjust upon moving it to another location. This mod does not affect the underlying behaviour of the beach lot rules, so moving the beach lot would erase pretty much all CFE work you have done adjusting the beach area just as if you never changed anything on the beach at all. It's moving the lot that triggers it, and that includes taking it out of the bin and placing it.
