This is not a T-shirt, but a vest with a T-shirt. The vest has a fringe, very detailed, which affects the number of polygons. The number of polygons is determined by what programs and what method I use to create clothes, and this matters. I create clothes using a completely different technology than the creators of the original game. If you are not interested in these details, as you wrote in your comment, skip my content.
You download mods that do not have to adapt to your preferences and understanding of an acceptable level of low-poly. The level of acceptable polygons is strictly controlled by TCP and all creators undergo polygonal level control before publication, myself included.
