Hi junaid...welcome to TSR! I see your comment that you're having problems with houses showing up. Have you tried creating a new town and placing the lots? You might also try cleaning out your cache files. Just google 'Sims 3 clean up files' and you'll find several sites that guide you through the process....it's pretty easy. Good luck!
