Hi karebear,
Are you finding the little 3 book icon in the downloads folder with the name of the lot? Right click on it and choose Extract here. Wait a couple of seconds and a sims2pack will appear probably at the end of the downloads list. Double left click on it and the game installer will open. Click install. Start up your game and see if it's in the lot catalog. Hope it works! Your friend, millyana

Hi karebear! Be sure to save the file in your EA Games, Sims2, Downloads folder. My computer also has a generic downloads folder and sometimes things automatically go there. If that happens, copy and paste into the Sims2 Downloads folder. All the best! millyana
