Hi! I'm so sorry to hear about your game... Did you: 1. save all your downloads to a backup folder?...2. Save your My Documents \Electronic Arts\ Sims3 folder? 3. Did a Revo uninstall of the entire game? also uninstall the download manager? It took me 2 days, but I have (almost) everything back. I had to re-install all the downloads (cc as well as store) again , that certainly took some time.. But at least everything is stille there. I lost a couple of patterns though...hmmm... EA is not making this any fun.... Good luck my friend.. never give up... remember ... You're the boss... not your pc!

I finally....finally did it... I re installed the whole game, and now after 2 days of hard work everything seems to be fine. No more random crashes (cross fingers)  I lost just a couple of patterns, but I hope some next patch or EP will fix that! Thanks for commenting on my screenies! I was really affraid to re install but I was almost done with the whole thing because of the frustration . That is no more... It takes some time, patience and the use of faulk language...but afterwards it feels good...
