I'm a software developer, wife, and mother of two awesome little kids. They've both acquired my love of video games, and it makes me sad to have to limit their time because I always hated when my parents did it to me. I guess my mother was right...

I've been into video games for as long as I can remember, back to the Atari and Commodore 20, but my first real console was a Super Nintendo. Then I discovered the computer, and the possibilities were endless. The Sims games were instant favorites because I was so impressed with the level of detail and creativity the developers put into them. I think they were the first games that made me want to make games myself.

This site has been one of my favorites for custom content, and I was even more excited to find the stories made by my fellow Simmers. It reignited my (slightly rusty) passion for writing. I get on streaks of writing and then get busy for a while, but above all, if I'm getting comments that people want to read more, I'm more motivated to continue.
