Hi guys

I've an anouncment I can't submit lots for a few days or any other maybe I can put in part 3 of my story line but I can't be certain. I'm remodeling my room at the moment. There fore I had to disconnect my PC with the Sims 3 on it. So I can't play either for a few days. Please help me to get through these difficult days it already feels like rehab.LOL. I really hate this I finisht 1 lot that I wanted to upload today but I didn't had the time for it. So that lot I'll owe you.....

And my room looks like a tornado hit it.

AS soon as I can re-connect my PC I'll let you know, Thank god I still have my laptop/notebook with wireless internet YEAH So I don't have to miss out anything here on TSR.

Community Lots are NOT CC

For the last time

Community lots, Commercial lots & workplaces still works the same as the official lots placed by EA.

Until someone cracks the coding or EA supply us with new ones.

Please read forums, blogs first before asking these questions.

No offense to the ones that asked me about it. I'm glad you did but I got this question a dozen or 2 . therfore this blog, and a tread in forums under Simalot.

We creators could have mentioned it in the download. But to me it seemed clear that it wasn't CC therefore I didn't mentioned it.

'''House on the Hill'' The Story

I just submitted the second part of my story House on the Hill The Story

Some of the dialogs under the screens are longer then I planned but This is the way I wanted to bring so I couldn't make it shorter then it is now. Me and Spitzmagic put in our best efford to make it as short as possible.

After the story as been published I'll upload some other screens that I couldn't put in the story. one of them is the reason of the reaction of Tommy in the basement of City Hall.......?????????????????????

My community lots

Hiya all

After reading the comments I got on my latest submissions, I wanna clear something.

These lots are not CC (costum content) for the Sims 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This goes for the following lots:

• View Bookstore
• Riverview Sunshine Spa
• Riverview Bistro
• River Front Hospital
• River Cinema - View Theater
• Daily River
• RivervVew School
• Riverview City Hall
• Riverview Store

The parks are also working like the've always worked.

There seemed to be some misunderstanding regarding these lots.

Like some of you know I replaced/deleted some of the orginal community lots that EA games put into Riverview.

I did this because I wanted to build a residential property on locations that contained community lots.

But by deleteing some of these lots I had to build new ones in return in order to make my town work the same way EA games meant it to be played. after I submited some screenshots I got requests to upload these lots to TSR. So I did.

I hope I cleared this little misunderstanding enough, if any of you have questions feel free to ask.

Update Story/ Lots

Hiya all

I've just finished the story and submited it I hope you'll like it.

I've also finished most of the community area's, Workplaces, Commercial property's the first 6 should be out tomorrow and later this week 6 others. In my creation of riverview I also added the Dinner and Criminal workplaces that I created earlier they also can be found on my page.

The lots that I've already created can be found in my first story aswell that'was the whole idea behind idea of creating a new Riverview. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did when I created them.

I'm started working on a story I came up with the idea when I was rebuilding Riverview. and ofcourse my dear friends Fred en Barb(spitsmagic) thanks........

I started to get Ideas for a story line I've already Created some of the characters in this story.

The house I'm gonna use for it is just finisht after some days of working on it some rooms aren't quite ready yet but I think it will be fine the house has 7 bedrooms 5 bathrooms  a huge attic roof terras with acces and a lot more. oh three towers or so to. There will be some famous from TSR passing by in this story you might know them. I'm not saying who. I believe the people already might know who...................................

Any way the story is about a the first house of Riverview so it plays in a old house duo the fact of some artists from the EA site I've got some materials. with these materials I could really make the house looks old very old I hope there will be more of that stuff. I hope to finish the storiy soon. It's my first so............

New Poll about my New Riverview

I've been editing replacing, remodeling, designing new lots for Riverview one of them is already published The old Ware house. During this proces some lots like the Riverview Square are placed on a unique place in the town herefor other lots also have been replaced and upgraded. There will be a screen from the air soon so you can see where the lots have been placed.

My question is the new poll. If I get a lot of yes ansewrs I'll upload the community, workplaces & commercial lots aswell.

Hi guys,

I just checked out the forums on thesims3.com  my god don't even go there because the first EP for Sims 3 isen't populair there. the stuff they said I can't even repeat it here because of the PG13 rule.

If you ask me they already through it out and flushed it down the toilet.

I also checked out the forums her on TSR and I can honestley say where doing better then they do.

I also saw diffrent realese dates passing by but it's most likeley released in november 2009 (the dates I saw where 16th, 17th, 19th november) just wait for further info.

First EP Sims 3 on the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just heard from Mariah also a member here on TSR that the first EP of the Sims 3 is coming out. Special Thanks to Mariah.

The EP is called World Adventures What I've seen it kinda looks like Sims(1) on Holiday Sims (2) Bon Voyage Sims (3) World Adventures. That's my personal opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
