Hello. Ok it is very strange... In my game it works. Your sim can't go up by using the elevator? You will need Late Night for the elevator. I don't know if this help, but try to uninstall the lot and install it again please. I think sims prefer to use the stairs. Please, select the elevator and select the floor you want to go and see what happens. Have a nice day

Hi there, you need to have the last patch installed. I tried in my game and my sims can go up the stairs or by elevator. Please check if you have the last patch installed. TSR checks if the lots work before submit (I think so). Have a nice day
