Hey! I've just checked and tested the lot you have problem with and I didn't have any bugs, everything was playable, including going upstairs. Do you have your game updated to the newest version? Do you have any mods? They need to be updated too. Check if your game is up to date and disable all mods you have installed and then check if the lot is working. You can also try repairing the game in Origin/Steam launcher. Please let me know if it works after this. Thanks! 🖤
