Hi luce_sa! So sorry to hear you're having problems getting lots to show up. You said you extract the lot in your download folder. A new sims2pack icon appears with the lot name, usually at the bottom of your downloads list. Then you double left click on the sims2pack icon and the game installer will open. Click install. Then you should see your new lot in the lots catalog. Best of luck! millyana
