Thanks for your comment. As you said, there wasn't enough space in the lot. If i put the fourth stack the ship wouldn't be aestethically pleasing anymore. And if i reduced the whole ship, it would become too tight to be liveable.
If the lot was 60 x 120, instead of 60 x 60 it would have fit perfectly.
