About Me
About me...? Hmmm...? To describe myself in three words? Sim - a - holic! That's me! Anything the least bit Simlish and I'm hooked. Now in my real life, I am very happily married to Sarah, my childhood sweetheart. We've known each other since we were 2. She's my age. Grand oldie at 25. We have three kids, Connor who's 7, Max Jr who's 5 and Crystal who's 4 and we're expecting twins due in April which we are soooooo looking forward to!! I have a big family to love and to enjoy every moment of my life with. Have already converted my entire family into a Sim neighbourhood and it's so much fun to play! No aging allowed! For my work, I have just accepted a brand new post at a college and neighbouring universities as a full-time lecturer and mentor which is more permanent and means that I don't have to travel around too much anymore! I'm even considering continuing to study towards a research PhD in English. My ambition is to gain a doctorate and then to become a Professor of English. I have already earned two BA's. One in English combined with Social Sciences (with honours) (from winning a full Scholarship), and one in Mathemetics combined with Technology (with honours), and an MA with honours in English language. I take great pride in my education. It was a LOT of study, but it was definitely all worth it. I also obtained a BEd in both Primary and Secondary Education so that I could become what I've always wanted to be, a teacher. It is a very rewarding career to have. As the saying goes, give their minds a compass. My new post has a lot more responsibilities and I am looking forward to experiencing a new phase in my life. I start my new post next September. I'm going to have a sabbatical until then to relax and rest although I will still be teaching meshing and recolouring when I can, it's so much fun to see how far my students progress with meshing, they really put their hearts and minds right into it. I also teach 3D meshing and animation which is a lot of fun. For the bigger 3D programs, I teach from the ages of 14 upwards. It's a lot of fun as their young minds are so enthusiastic. As far as hobbies goes, The Sims is now my main hobby. It's great being able to create something then to see it ingame, be it a new mesh or a recolour. It's very enjoyable. Being a part of the community has made me feel so happy. Thank you for making me feel so welcome! I really like it here.

My heart goes out to Sarah and her children. This is the loss of an extraordinary person, husband and father. I can't believe it. I'm so sorry. Lynne Chukhin
