Hi, Welcome to TSR. To use a sims here you need to download him to a folder you create-I have one I call sims resource in my documents. Open the folder and double click on the item (should have a little box with a sims triangle with the name of the item-like David Robertson. That should open your sims 3 game launcher. It should download into your game. Then when you start your game you go into a neighborhood and open create a household. He should be in the young adult section. Hope this helps!!
