I have enjoyed building houses for both Sims 1 and 2 for several years now. I have moved on to Sims 3 and am experimenting with building in it. So many choices........

I have just submitted another house. It is a remake of one of my big Sims 2 houses.....didn't realize I used to build such huge houses...lol. Did this one as a special request for munchoz32....she said Sims 3 just wasn't the same without it. So of course I had to try to redo it. Might have went a little overboard with the decorations, still experimenting with sims... ...More

I just had to write you and let you know how much I have enjoyed three of your lots. Today I was looking for smallish very contemporary homes and I stumbled across 220, 230 and 240 Sklyer Avenue. I found them to be absolutely what I was looking for. I am adding a few of my own personal touches and moving Sims in as I type this! Thank you so much. I adore your work, your decorating and your eye for architecture. I will definitely be looking through your mini-site to see what other goodies you have. I'm in love.
