Hi all!
Hope this (fairly!) New Year has found you all hale & hearty! Thus far it's been a quiet one, but then it's only March right now, so we'll see how it goes lol. My family & I are doing well; we survived our youngest & last chick in the nest turning 16 in January (yay!), and although I'm convinced her cell phone is permanently attached to her hand & that she probably texts in her sleep, she's doing well. The hubby is doing fine, putting up with my Sims addiction as always (what a sweetie!). Oh, there's the occasional grumble, but as long as he's got clean clothes & home and plenty of food in his tummy, the grumbles stay to a minimum, lol.
The dogs are doing just fine: our little old lady Kylie is still with us. Thus far the cancer has not advanced enough to cause her unmanageable pain...my hope is that she'll make Spring, but it's not in my hands. Should pain start to make her miserable, then that hardest of decisions will happen. I'll be heartbroken & lost without her, but I also would never leave her to suffer. Our wingnut English Springer, Hendrix, is continueing with his Service Dog training and has so far passed all the tests. He's got the odd personality quirk or two, but I doubt they'll impact on his training/graduation. At least I hope not!
I don't know about you, but I'm sure going to be glad when spring arrives! Just today (5th of March) we got a massive snow dump of over 16 cm! Yeep! AND there's supposed to be more on the way, yuk! So far it hasn't interrupted our internet connection, so despite all that horrid white stuff out there, I'll continue to happily Sim along...and on that note I shall wish you all Happy Simming of your own & go off to see what new lovelies have been uploaded to my beloved TSR today!

Jan 28/09 what a day! My youngest daughter, my baby has turned 13 as of today...and I really wasn't ready for that. Although she's a much sweeter & loving version of her older sisters, all I can think is, "Omg...can I - WILL I survive another teen-age girl?". All you mums out there with teen girls probably get what I'm talking about here. Plus I'm starting to get that good 'ol empty... ...More

Wendy! what a marvelous reply on the Cottage with stables!! I read it with so much pleasure you have no idea! and to know that you like how it shows up in your game and that it play's so fine makes me happy. I have tested the house with two simmies with a dog and one horse it was easy navigate but it's so great that someone who downloaded it say it, thank you for that and your very encouraging words!!
