Hi spicegirlsrock!
when you click download, be sure to save the file in EA Games, Sims2, Downloads folder. Your computer may have a generic downloads folder and it could go there automatically, so if it does, copy and paste into the Sims2 Downloads folder. Right click on the 3 little books icon with the lot name and choose "Extract here." Wait a few seconds and a sims2pack file with the lot name will appear, probably at the bottom of the downloads list. Left click on it and the game installer will open. Click install. Start your game, and you should find the lot in the neighborhood catalog for lots and houses. All the best! millyana
