Hey, thanks for commenting on my Summer Hill Estate. If you don't have the custom items from the EA Store you can still download and use the lot. The specific items are replaced by the game automatically with generic items.

Hi, I'm sorry if you won't be able to use some furnitures of the house because of the EA items. I think you may still download it and the EA store items will be replaced by other game items. Thanks for the comment on my story. I am about to post Part 2 today so look for it tomorrow or Friday.
My hairstyles are from all over the place, mostly XM Sims, Raonsims and peggysims. I get a lot of the clothing from Lianasims2.net, she's on TSR too and her clothing is beautiful. There is many more sites I got stuff from but these are the main ones.
