To download a lot..
you First need a program to unzip the file
you can download WinRAR if you dont have it..
Then you click on the download tab
to left bottom of the screenshot of the lot..
choose where you want to save the file when it asks you
choosing desktop is easiest
then locate the file on your desktop and unzip it
putting the cc lot in your game is a bit more complex
you have to take out the existing lot in that space
and exchange them..

To install lots in sims 1 ..Begin by Completely shutting off your sims 1 game...You need to go HERE...C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\UserData3\Houses..THEN...Make sure your file is unzipped and you have just the iff File..have that on your desktop..Now you need to take the Same NUMBER lot out of your sims game..make a folder on desktop ..label it..Sims 1 lots not in use..Then..just right click on it..Click CUT and then click Paste it into the folder you just made....you wont be using that building right now..but might want it later.. Then take your NEW iff File..with the same number and put it into the Houses folder ..when you start up your game again..it should be there for you to play with..
