Hey! They are and are not at the same time. There are differences in female and male body shape and all details related to them that makes cc looks weird on other frame usually. Creators have ability to block cc from showing on the other frame and I guess most of them do this. It's pretty old cc and I had it blocked for males, now I leave it to user, but they are only visible while male tag is removed. This, and any other accessory top will look weird on males because of different uv maps (what I paint on sim female body do not show same on male because of this differences, in this case male uv map is just different shape and it does not align as it should, usually it's a lack of texture cause male uv map is bigger than female). I'll update file with removed block tags, you can check it on your male sim then, but if you want to wear it without any t-shirt above it's not going to look good. It's how this game is made, I can't do anything about it unfortunately
