tip:
You don't need a trainer for moods.
On the neighborhood screen, open the cheat console (Ctrl+Shift+C)
Now, type in boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled 1

Now go into any lot with a family (or make a new one) and Shift+Left Click items to get new options for them.

As for the moods, you can now simply click and drag the mood bars until they are full!
This also works for the job screen (skills), personality, interests, and relationships! Have fun
