Hello. To place House of Zen on a lot.

You want to make sure you unzip (extract) the lot file and place it into your tray folder. 
You will then go over to your Gallery and look for lot, House of Zen. 
Click on the lot in your Gallery.
Find the lot you would like to place it on.
Select download. 
You will see a little build animation, when complete you are are ready to go.

Make sure your game is up-to-date

You have the required game packs

Double check the required downloads and rooms for cc needed.
